My Approach


Throughout my career my understanding of people and the world in which we live has deepened.  We are each shaped by our own experiences.  We develop in ways different from each other.  We see, think, feel and act in a manner that makes each of us unique.  There are aspects of our selves that are similar to others.  Yet, in so many ways we are all so different.  It is these differences, both obvious and subtle, that define us.  We are all individuals quite distinct from each other.  Growth and change occur in many ways and each of us respond to the world differently.  For therapy to be effective it must be designed for you.  One size does not fit all.  I use different techniques tailored for each individual and the different problems being addressed.
