$150 for 50 minute session

$90 for 30 minute session

Dr. Costas offers a reduced rate at his discretion. Please feel free to discuss your financial situation with Dr. Costas.

Insurance

​

Therapy may be covered by your insurance. It is your responsibility to know your coverage.  You will want to ask your insurance carrier:

• Is mental health treatment a covered service  

• If so, what is the co-pay per session

• What is your deductible and has it been met

• Is there a limit to number of sessions

• Do I need a referral from my primary care physician

• What are "in-network" and "out of network" providers

Below is a list of insurance companies that I participate in but it is your responsibly to make sure that services are covered by your plan.

Payment

Cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Stripe are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you have not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged full fee for your session.  Cancellation is by phone only.
